What to do
The route consists of visiting farms of livestock producers in the different areas, learning about their sustainable diet and upbringing, then going to the industrial part to learn about both the industrial and artisanal processes. The main route is to Santa Cruz de Turrialba, as they are the first to obtain a designation of origin for the country.
