They inhabit western Panama in the Ngabe-Bugle region, the provinces of Veraguas, Chiriquí and Bocas del Toro. In Costa Rica there are 5 reserves: Altos de San Antonio (Coto Brus), Villa de Palacios, Caño Bravo and Limoncito and Abrojos-Montezuma (Cantón de Corredores). What to do
It leaves depending on the distance 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning.
You go to breakfast at a place on the route or with the same producers or indigenous people. You will get to know the landscape, culture, cultivation and other centers of interest in the area.
