We leave from Radio Universataria at the University of Costa Rica. We drive to Tucurrique passing through Cervantes de Cartago where we have breakfast. Once in Tucurrique, talks are received and the field is visited. Lunch is served on site with products made from pejibaye. In the afternoon, alliances are observed to improve the route between the municipality of Tucurrique and the fair facilities.

What to do
The cantonal center, the municipality, is visited. Producers are visited in the field. You learn about the cultivation of hearts of palm and can be tasted in various dishes and drinks.
