This group lives in the Limón area and the Talamanca mountain range. Their religion is based on a cult of the God Sibu, creator and cultural hero; in the power of awapas or shamans and in clans. Religion is passed down from generation to generation orally. Its gastronomy is based on rice, pork, plantains or bananas, picadillos and drink chicha for ceremonies and cocoa.
